 Sunday 8 January, 2012 We were very lucky to stumble upon this gem of a chalet when it was first opened in 2005 quite by chance and now in 2011 have returned for our 5th visit. Raffort is a pretty little village just below Meribel Village opposite the Olympic bubble which is one stop from La Chaudanne the main lift area in Meribel. If the snow is good then you can ski back home otherwise there is a free courtesy bus back to the door. The chalet is lovely, very traditional with open fire and views over the valley to the Salire mountain. All rooms are ensuite, clean, warm and comfortable. The food is as much part of the holiday as the skiing interesting dishes, good wine all inclusive and Trish is always willing to accomodate any children by having two sittings leaving the adults to indulge. Nothing is too much trouble. In summary, good food, lovely chalet, warm welcome. I highly recommend. Chris sandell

 Sunday 8 January 2012 A lovely week over Christmas. We were the only non-skiers, having other(babysitting) duties but both skiers and non skiers greatly appreciated the warmth of hospitality, the very good food, the convenience of the facilities both in the chalet and in the area and the excellent location near the cableway. Sunday 23 January, 2011 Hi Trish, Shona and Nisha, Just like to drop you a quick note to say thank you for accommodating us last week. We had a fantastic few days with yourselves and Pete and Gabrielle. The chalet was superb, food was outstanding and the hospitality was faultless. Thanks once again and hope to see you in the future. 14 March, 2010 Thank you all for such wonderful food, lovely wine and for arranging such beautiful sunny wether. We loved the skiing, the chalet and the hot tub.
